Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Houseperson to support housekeeping and front desk teams at our Canandaigua property. You will help maintain clean public areas, assist with linen and trash, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior hotel experience is required; we value service mindset, teamwork, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Formación

• No prior hotel experience is required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and hotel procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, clients, and team members in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations with money and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the hotel clean, organized, and guest-ready while supporting daily housekeeping operations.
• Respond to guest needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• Clean public areas, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other hotel spaces.
• Assist with linen and trash removal and transport items to appropriate locations.
• Support with supplies, room readiness, and special assignments as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to the appropriate team members.
