Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required; hospitality experience is helpful.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and hotel procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling money, weights, volumes, and distances.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, public hotel areas and assist daily housekeeping operations.
• Clean and maintain corridors, restrooms, lobbies, and common spaces.
• Transport linens, trash, and supplies; replace or remove newspapers and service trays as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, information, and requests in a courteous manner.
• Report guest concerns, maintenance needs, and safety issues to the appropriate team.
