Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial professional to maintain clean and sanitary facilities across assigned buildings. You will perform high-dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning and trash management while ensuring safety and courtesy in shared spaces.

The role requires adherence to cleaning protocols, use of germicidal solutions, and efficient room-by-room service. Excellent attention to detail and reliability are essential in this on-site position at multiple locations

Qualifications

• Basic operations of janitorial work.
• Basic methods, materials and equipment used in janitorial work.
• Basic safe work practices.
• The use of toxic and non-toxic chemicals (per MSDS sheets).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities in assigned buildings/facilities.
• High dust surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitize surfaces below shoulder height with germicidal solution.
• Clean bathroom fixtures with germicidal solution.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Dust and vacuum floors, clean under furniture.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of common areas and floors.
