OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Houseperson to maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel public areas and support the housekeeping team. You will assist with delivering supplies, removing linens, and general tasks to ensure smooth operations across the property.

This physically active role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends/holidays based on business needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not always required).
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Housekeeping Support: Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to room attendants; remove dirty linens and trash.
• Room Assistance: Prepare rooms for guest arrival; restock supplies and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Guest Interaction: Respond politely to guest requests and maintain a service-oriented attitude.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report maintenance issues and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
