Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Public Area Attendant to join our team. You will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all hotel public spaces, including restrooms, lobbies, hallways and front desk areas, ensuring guests experience a spotless environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year in housekeeping, with an outgoing personality, strong verbal communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in a housekeeping role.
• Outgoing personality with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc., to meet quality standards.
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors.
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash.
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to prioritize tasks.
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area cleanliness.
• Restrooms must be kept neat and checked hourly.
