Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Public Area Attendant to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining sparkling public spaces across our properties and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and guest-focused service.
• Clear verbal communication and teamwork essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all resort public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells.
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors.
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash.
• Maintains communications on two-way radio to prioritize tasks.
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area.
• Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion, checked hourly.
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays.
• Delivers items to rooms on request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
