Performance Hospitality is hiring a Public Area Attendant for Courtyard by Marriott in Orlando. This part-time role pays $16.00–$16.36 hourly and focuses on keeping guest-facing and back-of-house spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll handle lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and meeting spaces while supporting events and special cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (will train reliable candidates).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong pace, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Basic English required; bilingual (e.g., Spanish/English) preferred.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Restrooms sanitation and restock supplies.
• Disinfect high-touch areas on established cadence.
• Maintain lobbies, corridors, stairwells, elevators, fitness/pool decks, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with events and quick turnovers.
• Greet guests and handle amenity deliveries and special requests.
• Report maintenance issues via radio/CMMS and follow safety procedures.
• Keep supplies organized and inventories; ensure egress standards.
