Job summary

Hotel Mockingbird is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces across the property, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and team members. This full-time role reports to the Director of Housekeeping in Dallas, TX, USA.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas; restocking supplies; handling trash; and promptly addressing guest requests while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas regularly.
• Restock restroom supplies and amenities as needed.
• Remove trash and maintain clean and organized public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest and team member requests related to cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow company safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
