Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport in Renton, WA is seeking a Public Areas Attendant in Housekeeping. The role maintains cleanliness of public spaces, provides guest service, and handles requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper cleaning techniques, procedures and brand standards.
• Attention to details with good organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Cleaning of common/public areas; cleans washrooms to standards using prescribed procedures.
• Restocking towels in gym/pool areas.
• Picks up ground litter around the hotel or visible areas.
• Assists housekeeping with cleaning, laundry, and supplies.
• Ensures the facility remains clean at all times, including back-of-house areas.
• Responds to guests' queries, concerns, and complaints.
• Delivers to guest requests and turns in lost articles to management.
