Qualifications

• Ability to perform all room attendant tasks and operate related tools and equipment.
• Ability to remain calm in various situations, use sound judgment and solve problems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Inspect all rooms (vacant or occupied) checking standard of cleanliness and amenities.
• Provide genuine hospitality and promote hotel services and products.
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of concerns; act decisively to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficient in safe handling of equipment and report defects immediately.
• Report keys found in check-out rooms to the Housekeeping Office.
• Keep linen rooms tidy and stocked; ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Report rooms not requiring service or with privacy signs to management.
• Report damages/repairs/maintenance; complete deep cleaning as allocated.
• Report anything suspicious as Health & Safety hazard.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and hotel employees.
