This position is fast-paced with constant customer interaction and requires the ability to push and pull moderate weights.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean public and employee restrooms, maintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, lotions, and paper towels.
2. Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuine, warm, and friendly manner.
3. Clean glass in public and employee areas.
4. Clean floor surfaces in public or employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
5. Dust, vacuum, and mop surfaces in assigned areas.
6. Empty trash containers in public areas into proper disposal units.
7. Inspect furniture for tears, rips, and stains, and report damages to management.
8. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures.
9. Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary.
10. Coordinate with other departments for urgent repairs.
11. Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments as needed.
12. Identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or restrooms.
13. Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership.
