Public Area Attendant

Job Specific

• Follow OSHA regulations, hotel policies, and department procedures
• Provide excellent guest relations and maintain a positive attitude
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services
• Perform cleaning duties for public areas, restrooms, and guest hallways
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards
• Assist with room cleaning and deep cleaning of VIP rooms as needed
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel standards
• Ensure storerooms and equipment are well-maintained and organized
• Support housekeeping team with various tasks, including linen management and trash removal
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in special projects
