Job summary

Hotel-Ava in Paso Robles is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep lobby, corridors, restrooms and all public spaces clean and well maintained. The role covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, trash removal and housekeeping tasks across public and administrative areas.

You will support guest requests and perform routine cleaning with attention to detail, good communication, and reliable attendance. Prior hotel experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, halls, lobby, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and fitness center.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, wash windows, and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Empty trash, clean restrooms, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Keep cleaning cart stocked with supplies for shift.
• Respond to guest inquiries and support guest requests.
• Ensure work areas and break rooms are clean and well maintained.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance or safety concerns.
