Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain clean and inviting public areas and employee spaces within our facility in Atlantic City. The role emphasizes thorough cleaning, sanitation, and safe operation of cleaning equipment while delivering excellent guest service.

You will be responsible for cleaning front and back of house spaces, following the Public Space Handbook procedures, and promptly reporting maintenance or safety issues to management.

Qualifications

• Deep clean, sanitize, and maintain attractive public and employee areas
• Service assigned areas using provided chemicals and equipment according to procedures
• Follow safety requirements while cleaning and operating equipment
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external guests
• Notify management of maintenance problems with equipment or property

Responsibilities

• Deep clean, sanitize, and maintain attractive public and employee areas
• Service assigned areas using provided chemicals and equipment according to the Public Space Handbook
• Deep clean, sanitize, and maintain front and back of house spaces
• Operate and keep clean equipment used for sweeping, shampooing carpets, scrubbing, and recoating floor finish
• Notify management of maintenance problems with equipment or property
• Provide excellent customer service for guests
• Follow procedures for signing in/out equipment and keys
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification of any ethics concerns
