Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain lobby and public spaces in pristine condition at Cloudland at McLemore Resort. The role involves cleaning, stocking supplies, assisting guests, and reporting issues to management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are prepared to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, delivering a friendly, courteous demeanor while supporting a team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• No formal experience required for the position.

Responsabilidades

• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures and window frames.
• Vacuum upholstery, drapery, and carpeting.
• Clean hallways, public spaces, elevators, landings, and vending areas.
• Clean and shine glass and metal surfaces.
• Empty ash urns and take out trash.
• Stock housekeeping cart with supplies.
• Attend to guest requests and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Report damages or missing items to supervisor.
• Secure equipment, keys and supplies at all times.
