Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless: dust, vacuum, mop, wash windows, and manage trash in designated spaces.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly.
• Assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests as needed.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
