Job summary

CSG Service Group, Inc. An Arizona Corp. in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Public Area Attendant for a full-time, non-exempt role to keep resort public spaces pristine and guest-ready. You will clean and maintain equipment, assist guests, and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities include posting caution signs, reporting any injuries or equipment issues to the Public Area Supervisor, and supporting a team focused on service excellence. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

COMPENSATION: $23.00-$24.00 Per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Public Area Attendant:

• Clean all public areas to the standards required
• To clean and maintain all equipment daily
• To assist Guests in Public Areas when required
• Post caution signs when required
• Responsible for the upkeep of all the equipment used
• Report and injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor

Knowledge and Requirements of the Public Area Attendant:

• A commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
• Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the Public Area Attendant cleaning industry
• Integrity and capability to work independently
