Job summary

CSG is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our Newport Coast operations. This role handles hotel laundry including sorting, weighing, operating washers and dryers, and maintaining clean equipment. Flexible to part-time or full-time, non-exempt, and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Candidates should have at least one year of hotel laundry experience, a focus on safety, and the ability to stand for long periods. High school diploma preferred; weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel laundry experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot laundry equipment.
• Adherence to health and safety rules at all times.

• Sort laundry by F/B, rooms linen, and towels.
• Operate washing and drying equipment and weigh laundry.

TITLE:Washer

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time/Full-time, non-exempt

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

COMPENSATION: $22.00- $23.00 per hour

Requirements of the Laundry Attendant:

• Sort hotel laundry to include F/B, and rooms linen and Terry
• Transfer laundry in carts and bins
• Using Scales to weigh laundry
• Operate washing and drying equipment, load and unload laundry from machines
• Regulate process for washers, driers, or extractors. the volume of cleaning agents.
• Clean machines, filters, and lubricate equipment.
• Complete other duties assigned.

• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
