Creative Dining Services is seeking a full-time Public Area Attendant for the Haworth Hotel located on the campus of Hope College in Holland, Michigan. The Haworth Hotel is a 48-room boutique hotel situated in Holland’s historic downtown district and Hope College’s vibrant campus, welcoming guests for conferences, vacations, meetings, and more.

The Public Area Attendant will assist in various areas of the hotel. The primary responsibility is cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas efficiently and according to standards and procedures. The role also involves addressing guest requests and concerns in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Core Responsibilities:

• Cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, and meeting spaces
• Removing trash from public areas
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly to supervisors
• Maintaining equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carts, and cleaning tools
• Performing additional cleaning tasks throughout the hotel
