Position Purpose & Summary

Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining all public and employee areas by ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and stocked accordingly. This role also ensures that the public spaces are in excellent condition for our members and guests.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain all employee and guest restrooms by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking as needed.
2. Maintain proper levels of towels or hand towels in the fitness area, locker rooms, and restrooms.
3. Dust all public area fixtures, art, and furniture.
4. Ensure proper levels of towels at all pool facilities.
5. Use electrostatic fogger to sanitize all public spaces following proper protocols.
6. Sanitize public areas including the Pool, Gym, Kissing Camels, Spa, and Wellness center and restock supplies as needed.
7. Vacuum all hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
8. Clean and sanitize restrooms and empty trash from restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and public areas.
9. Maintain proper levels of amenities in the locker rooms.
10. Communicate needs to supervisor.
11. Offer assistance to guests.
12. Perform other housekeeping duties as required.
13. Deliver service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
14. Establish cross-departmental communication among teammates.
