Summary:

Meta is seeking a Communications Manager with strong project management skills to support the Public Affairs team. This role involves working with cross-functional groups including communications, policy, legal, marketing, and product teams to coordinate decision-making, plan calls, and execute external strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in cross-functional management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across the company. You will quickly grasp complex issues, ensure alignment, and lead efforts to drive results. This role offers opportunities to develop new processes, manage information visually, and collaborate with a team of communicators and policy professionals.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Support various projects related to issues, events, and moments.
2. Manage cross-functional teams on complex issues.
3. Partner with communication and policy teams to strategize external engagement.
4. Identify key decisions and manage escalation processes.
5. Develop and maintain internal coordination materials for smooth execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in communications, policy, public affairs, or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining project management documents.
• Experience managing complex issues, launches, events, and building stakeholder consensus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience navigating the technology policy landscape.

Public Compensation: $116,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus, equity, and benefits.
