Qualifications

• Ability to research, analyze data, and develop recommendations for programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Department and County in meetings with boards, groups, and officials; acts as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responds to public inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding services and programs.
• Supports department marketing and public relations; delivers presentations and gathers public input.
• Attends trainings and travels within the county to enhance job knowledge and skills.
