Job summary

The University of North Florida (UNF) Athletics Department is seeking a Game Day Table Crew member in Jacksonville to provide friendly customer service and game-day support at athletic events.

You will assist with fan engagement, announcing, and game operations to ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with 3–6 hour typical shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Summary

The UNF Athletics Game Day Table Crew provides customer service and game-day support at athletic events. Crew members assist with general fan engagement, announcing, and game operations to help ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in sports administration, event management, customer service, and athletics operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.
• Help with setup and breakdown of game-day tables, signage, and materials.

Work Schedule

• Hours are based on UNF Athletics event schedules.
