Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a 4-year accounting degree or related field.
• Completion of UCSB ECON 136A (or equivalent) with a B or higher grade.
• Strong roots in Santa Barbara or Ventura with intent to stay local long-term.

• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.

• Assist tax and audit teams during 8-week internship.
