Qualifications

• 1+ years of public accounting experience (multiple levels considered).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
• Proficiency in managing general ledger activity and reconciliations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage accurate financial records for multiple clients.
• Review financial documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Analyze financial transactions and prepare detailed reports.
• Oversee bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budgeting processes and revenue forecasting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to monitor tax payments and filings.
• Stay current on changes in accounting regulations and industry standards.
