Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of public accounting or related accounting experience.
• Experience preparing individual and/or business income tax returns.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and business income tax returns.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax filings.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Support general ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve questions.
• Assist with tax research and accounting-related inquiries.
• Support year-end close activities and special projects.
