Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor license
• Ability to accurately handle cash and work with numbers
• A flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Serve food, pour beer, wine and spirits to guests
• Greet guests, seat them or direct them to seating options
• Take orders, run food and maintain strong guest relations
• Operate cash register and POS system, handle cash accurately
• Restock supplies, dishwash, clean and reset tables
• Work in smoking and non-smoking areas and outdoors seasonally
• Maintain safety, teamwork, and prompt, friendly service
• Contribute to a positive, fun work environment with guests
