Job summary

RunnerSpace in Winston-Salem is seeking crew members to cover track and field events from November 2026 through February 2027, with a training day on October 6.

You will be the eyes on the ground, operate PTZ cameras, stay on intercom, and verify feeds while handling backups and logging hours at the close of each event.

Events run through weeknights and weekends; candidates must work independently, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and position PTZ/ POV cameras and cabling for each meet
• Operate cameras covering track, field, and finish-line action with smooth moves
• Stay on intercom and respond promptly to the director
• Verify feeds and switch to backup equipment when needed
• Log hours and expenses in the event log system
