Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy and other Pharmacy Department duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; coach technicians if PTCB certified.
• Support customer experience by greeting customers and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, verify accuracy, and check for interactions.
• Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and basic clerical duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Contribute to external provider relations and coordination of clinical services as required.
