Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under direct supervision, supporting pharmacy operations and customer service in a retail setting. You will enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and help maintain inventory while delivering a friendly, efficient experience.

Qualifications include fluent English and a willingness to work evenings and weekends; prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and other Pharmacy Department duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; coach technicians if certified.
• Explain and deliver a positive customer experience, assisting customers and patients.
