Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
Good math skills for accurate prescription filling, including counting, measuring and weighing medications.
Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
Provide and model excellent customer service and assist customers with products and services.
Handle cash operations and operate the cash register.
Assist in inventory management and maintain orderly pharmacy area.
Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to policy.
