Candidates should have English fluency, basic math and computer skills, and preferably six months of retail experience.

Qualificações

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• PTCB certification or pursuit for promotion to senior technician.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Good math skills, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy per state/federal regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; coach technicians if PTCB certified.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience and engage customers to resolve questions.
• Enter patient and drug information accurately; assist with scheduling and workflow; handle cash registers as needed.
• Support inventory management and coordination with healthcare providers and clinics.
