Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists in all essential tasks within the Pharmacy Department. Under direct supervision, you will assist with processing prescriptions, entering patient and drug information, and maintaining accuracy in dispensing.

Responsabilités

• Under the supervision by the pharmacist, assist in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state, federal, and company policy.
• Reviews and complies with the Walgreen Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Performs duties by entering patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions, and verifying medicines.
• Assists pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow.
• Processes manual claims for third party prescription services and supports inventory management.
