Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists under supervision, handling patient and drug information and assisting with prescriptions in the Carowoods area. You will help maintain workflow and stock in the Pharmacy Department while upholding Walgreens policies and service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, resolving questions, processing claims, and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions in pharmacy systems.
• Support inventory management and stocking of pharmaceuticals.
