Walgreens is hiring for a Customer Experience role in a retail pharmacy setting. Under supervision by the pharmacist, you will assist in dispensing, use pharmacy systems, answer customer questions, and help manage inventory while delivering a friendly, efficient service. Candidates should be fluent in English, with retail experience preferred.

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred (6 months).
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in pharmacy under supervision, following policy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions, verify accuracy, and check interactions.
• Process third-party claims and clerical duties.
• Maintain inventory and support pharmacy department operations.
