Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens is preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting, measuring and weighing.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred or required for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in practice of pharmacy under supervision and in accordance with laws and company policy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions; coach technicians if certified.
• Support pharmacy operations and cashiers with accurate dispensing and register handling.
• Maintain stock inventory and ensure proper labeling and safety procedures.
• Assist with customer service and build strong relationships with patients and providers.
