Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help with product inquiries to deliver a positive experience.
• Enter patient and drug information accurately and check for interactions.
• Help with inventory management and stock up supplies.
• Handle non-urgent phone calls to physicians and internal staff.
• Maintain compliance with Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Support clerical tasks and special assignments as needed.
