ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a PTC Creo Product Engineer - Intermediate to join the Engineering Department and collaborate across Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Industrial Design, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include designing and improving products, supporting validation and approval processes (ISIR/PPAP), and performing DFMEA/PFMEA to enhance reliability and manufacturability. Proficiency with PTC Creo is required, Windchill preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience applying mechanical engineering principles, material science, manufacturing processes, and tooling in product development.
• Experience with ISIR and PPAP documentation.
• Ability to perform and interpret DFMEA and PFMEA assessments.
• Proficiency with PTC Creo; Windchill experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure seamless execution of engineering assignments.
• Design, develop, and improve products by applying mechanical engineering principles, material science, and manufacturing processes.
• Support product validation and engineering approval processes, including ISIR and PPAP documentation.
• Participate in DFMEA and PFMEA activities to enhance product reliability.
• Contribute to successful product launches and production implementation efforts, ensuring quality and manufacturability standards are met.
