Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our care team in Marlborough, MA. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive weekly pay.

Responsibilities include assisting in physical therapy services, following a plan of care under a Physical Therapist, documenting progress, and collaborating with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required.
• CEU's per state licensure requirements.
• New graduates welcome!

• Assist in the provision of physical therapy services to patients/residents with a wide range of diagnoses and conditions.
• Perform treatment in accordance with an established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Document patient/resident activities and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies and collaborate with supervisor to improve processes.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain current knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Demonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

$3,000 sign-on bonus!*

We are seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Shift is 8a-4p. Weekly pay up to $40 an hour.

• Assist in the provision of physical therapy services to patients/residents with a wide range of diagnoses and conditions
