Job summary

The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham, MA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team. You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to assist in treatment, data collection, and patient care for a general rehab caseload.

We offer a 8a-4p schedule with weekly pay up to $40 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement and a supportive multidisciplinary team environment. Newly licensed PTAs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• CEUs per state licensure requirements.
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required.
• Newly licensed PTAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Participate in clinical program development.
• Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
• Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Perform additional assigned administrative duties as needed.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a PTA, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist to assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload.

Education & Experience:

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program

• CEU's per state licensure requirements

• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required

• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required

• Newly licensed PTAs welcome!
