Qualifications

• Massachusetts PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day PTA treatment including bed mobility, transfers, gait, stairs, and ROM exercises.
• Implement therapeutic exercises for strengthening, balance, and coordination.
• Document accurately in residents' medical records and maintain treatment charges as per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Supervise rehabilitation aides and coordinate care with other disciplines.
