Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support Physical Therapists in delivering patient-centered care at our Russellville, AR facility. This full‑time role emphasizes collaboration, compassion and delivering high‑quality care to our communities.

The PTA will work under licensed PT supervision, ensuring safe, effective treatments and accurate documentation while contributing to a positive team environment and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Current Arkansas PTA license in good standing is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Prior rehab or acute care experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities.
• Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed.
