Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Signature Rehab team in Muncie, Indiana. You will help provide rehabilitative care to residents under an integrated care model, collaborating with clinicians to support recovery and timely return to daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited PTA program graduate with an Associate’s Degree and a valid PTA license in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure residents recover and return to activities.
• Deliver PTA services per the established care plan and document progress.
