Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Muncie, IN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team. The role supports our integrated care model, coordinating with clinicians to help residents achieve a full recovery and return to daily activities, with schedule options including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, work with clinical caregivers to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to activities they enjoy.
• Assist with outpatient rehab and direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
