Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Signature Rehab team in Muncie, Indiana. You will work under an integrated care model to help residents and patients make a full recovery and return to daily activities.

Requirements include an accredited PTA program with an associate degree and a valid state license; scheduling options include Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday; a comprehensive Benefits Package and Signature Perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
• Scheduling flexibility: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.
• Provide rehabilitative therapy under Signature Rehab's integrated care model.
