Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Farmington, CT, for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. The PTA will work within a collaborative rehab team to deliver compassionate therapy services and promote resident independence.

The candidate must hold a CT PTA license or be eligible, with solid documentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHRs. Competitive hourly pay with strong PTO and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in CT.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to ensure quality care.
