Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Florida to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Work occurs inside the dedicated therapy gym at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, helping residents regain function with compassionate care.

The role offers full-time employment with an employee-focused culture, modern rehab gyms, and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible PTA in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Experience with Net Health software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Maintain compliant documentation and track patient progress.
