Job summary

Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in the SNF setting at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tallahassee, FL.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with Florida licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
