Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tallahassee, FL, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, on-site role in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Provide skilled PTA services in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence. We offer competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
