Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting at Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. You will work in a dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function, safety, and independence.

This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, a supportive culture, and opportunities for travel stipends and early access to pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
